I AM USING RELIANCE NETCONNECT SINCE LAST 8 MONTHS, INITIALLY THE SPEED WAS GOOD(AROUND 2 MBPS). MY PLAN WAS 400 PM(5 GB DAY, 10GB NIGHT), SUDDENLY AT ONE DAY I OBSERVED SPEED GETTING VERY SLOW EVEN GOOGLE AND SOME BASIC HTML WEBSITES TAKES TIME TO LOAD, AND FORGET ABOUT DOWNLOADING, I HAD TO KEEP OPEN MY LAPTOP FOR 24 HOURS FOR JUST A SMALL DOWNLOADING, ADDITIONALLY FACED CONNECTION DROP OUTS, TRIED TO CONNECT CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES, BUT THEY JUST REGISTER THE COMPLAIN AND AFTER THAT NO ONE TAKES FOLLOW-UP.
LATER I UPGRADED TO 500 PM PLAN BUT STILL THE RESULT WERE SAME, I WOULD SUGGEST NO TO USE THE SAME, AS THEY NEVER EXECUTE THINGS THAT THEY ARE COMMITTED TO DO.
MANY OTHER INTERNET PROVIDERS LIKE BSNL/MTNL ARE GIVING GOOD SPEEDS WITH NOMINAL RATES WITHOUT ANY RAMIFICATIONS THAT HAPPEN LATER FOR CUSTOMER:)
