I have been using this product since 6 months in bangalore, I never got 1 mbps speed in the morning as they promised and don’t think about performance of the device in the night time, hardly you will get 120 kbps speed if the connection is active in the night time. The device will be getting disconnected for every 15 mins in the night time and each time it shows like connection is active but data upload/download will not be happening.
I have raised so many complaints on this and no one cares about it, every time they say like our concern network team is working on it. As per my knowledge they never look into your problem and feel like we made one customer bakara.
My sincere adivise is don’t go with this product otherwise you will also become one more bakara like me.
