I have given multiple requests to disconnect my netconnect as I am not using it. However they have been sending rental bills non stop for 5 months . Even writing to head of operations does not help. While speed is good and network coverage is okay, frankly PSU MTNLs service is better then Reliance ADAG.
A reputed company as Reliance has to offer, neither did I receive any intimation of my service Disconnection nor received a proper response from CUSTOMER SUPPORT or HELPLINE I am using RCom phone since 2001 however lately they have lost control of customer service environment which is such deteriorating.
