I really have to say this, reliance internet connection, 3g, is really very bad.
I have had to keep this connection for 4 years now mainly because prior to mts dongle, there werent many dongles providing wifi along with it, so when ts finally decided to come up with a wifi dongle 3 years had passed and now I don’t find time to disconnect due to work load but I have promised myself to disconnect the post paid internet connection before the puja’s start in bengal.
This connection was working fine for 2 years and after which it sarted showing problems, the speed never picked up, just went slower and slower and slower and when I asked them the reason, they just said they had some problems with the servers and then they said it was where I was located.and then I said if I went from my house to the south of the city, the connection never showed any "service", it would read "no service", I was so surprised! and they had no come back when I asked them this.but then I couldnt disconnect because I was having issues wth my main internet service, that being airtel.so I left airtel for good and never going back! but when that was sorted out I shifted to MTS MBlaze.
The cheapest and the best connection and even their customer service was worst than any I have come across but when the time came to deliver good to very good speed, they did that really well.now that reliance has taken over mts, I fear the internet service is going to fall drastically and the charges are going to go up, up and more up while internet service and customer service goes down, down, down and just vanishes! like the reliance connection is right now!
The reliance 3g is never giving you 3g it’s giving you 2x speed only rarely do you see it have any kind of speed!.it’s just too slow!.i use the wifi from mts which is working just fine! and helps power 2 to 3 phones in my house, owned by me, my father and brother .and whoever seems to come to the house lolol. And the money is too much.with such a bad service, I hope they rethink their internet plans!.i’am reallly mad with these guys and I know calling them up and complaining doesnt work, it allll falls to deaf ears.so I dont waste my time complaining. I’am just waiting for the vacations to start in the college where I teach and then I shall have sometime to cancel this whole connection. It’s worthless!
