I bought the Reliance Datacard on Nov 2010. But I have never speed more than 200 Kbps but they say that I would get speed up to 3.1 Mbps.
Their technical team is not capable of giving a proper service. From my experience, they are interested only on Money and not on service to the customer. If some of them are getting a good speed, then they are lucky.
But those who don’t are permanent sufferers. If anyone wants to go for a Datacard, do choose some other service provider.
Reliance is not worth enough to buy. Enquire with other people before you buy datacard from Reliance.
