On 25 th October 2013 I have visited the Reliance Communications Sapna Sangeeta showroom, just to enquire for the 3G data cards as I need a good wireless internet connection. One of the attender Mr. Parikshit had advised me to take the Reliance Netconnect+ because it works on CDMA technology and he promised me that minimum I will get the speed of 1mbps. So I have purchased the Datacard for Rs 1350. After the activation what I have found that the data card is not having the high speed network in my area, I am getting the speed of only 140 kbps.
When I asked the Show room manager Mr. Anand about this then he havent given me any satisfactory answer. The problem havent stopped here.after 5 days my data card has stopped working and when I have called the customer care for that then they told me that in their system my address is showing as "Out of Range" thats why they have stopped my services. When informed same to the show room then they told me that we cannot activate the connection on your present address and asked me for any other address, but how this can be possible. I am having only one home at Indore.
I am not getting help from anywhere now. If the Reliance is not having the network then why they are cheating the customers.
