I purchased Reliance Highspeed NetConnect modem (Prepaid) in 3rd week of August 09 by paying Rs, 3500/-, after that I got my 1st recharge done of 15 GB for Rs. 1935/- which was valid for 30 days, till this time everything was fine.
As soon as I got my 2nd recharge done for Rs. 1655/- for 10 GB data on 13th Oct 09, I used it for next 3-4 days but suddenly it disappeared and my NIGHTMARE started. I called customer care department atleast 20 times and everytime I am hearing a new story, on 20th Oct they told me pls do the top up for Rs. 20/- and everything will be fine.
I could connect for 15-20 minutes and after that I was back to square one. Next day when I contacted customer care, I was told to recharge for Rs. 80/- as my so called Core balance is less, which I did and than it worked for 1 hr and again same problem. On 22nd Oct I recharged for Rs. 500/- for 500 MB and using that data to connect at the moment.
My Initial problem of recharging for 10 GB data for Rs. 1655/- is still unsolved and their is NO resolution from Reliance. When I was buying this Reliance card I was adviced by so many people dont buy Reliance services, unfortunately I did a mistake and now paying price for it. RELIANCE WILL CHARGE YOU ATLEAST TWICE/THRICE than the amount published on their website/brochure on one context or another
In nutshell, I have paid Rs. 7690/- to use Reliance Netconnect services for 2 months time. I STRONGLY recommend anyone NOT to go for Reliance NET connect services. To be wiser I am thinking to break my Netconnect card into pieces and throw into drain otherwise these guys will rip me off.
