I have been using 1X Earlier & Now Changed to HSD.In Mumbai & Pune I found Speed very well. Its around 1.5 mbps for downloading videos from various websites like youtubes. Across Nation it has around 4500 BTS so they are strong Enough in their Connectivity as well.
Everything is good, But Sometimes they take huge time while Updating your Bills sometimes around 4 days. It creates some difficulty while you want to go for further downloading contents & you do not know about your actual GB usage. It happened 1-2 times, Good thing is that thereonwards they did not repeat it.sooo it gives a feel about the Organization that they are really Concerned to our problems.
HSD is good while I am in my car or train as well. Earlier Free usage was bit costly, Now they have reduced prices for downloading additional GB’s from 2 rs/mb to .50paisa/mb. This is good for me as I was looking for some unlimited plans because of frequent downloads.
As I have used this for long time, Fast surfing & Downloading speed is its plus point which is the basic thing required from a Datacard. Service delays should be avoided because it becomes a bit inconvenient sometimes.Overall I give it 09/10 n I am free from headache of searching another one.
