The key is customer service, they have the worst customer service on the planet. The customer service employees on phone are rude, do not have any training for majority of the issues and they have the audacity to hang on you when u are in the middle of a call.
There is no point in calling to complain about their behavior cause even their manager is awful, overall complete bunch of idiots that you will never want to deal with.
The product has problems(common with Reliance products) and therefore you will have to call customer care and it is horrible.
Best is to stay away and not buy any plans of theirs.
