After making lots of effort to fix the network issue I was forced to terminate my services with reliance for your reference go through below mentioned complaint with complaint no. and let me an customtakeouter who under goes through this is accountable to pay for this services




  1. On 12/12/2011 called customtakeouter care for issue on network in my new house

  1. On 18/12/2011 after visiting the above mentioned service center they told no problem in hds card network issue, customtakeouter care took the complaint with request no. 168163345 to solve the problem in two days on 18/12/2011 @ 12.08.02am




  2. still problem was not solved so called up again on 02/01/2012 for the say network issue replay form customtakeouter care. Dear customtakeouter thank you for contacting reliance. your service request no. is 169289914. your request will be resolved in the next 15 days. is this any kind of joke to wait for 15 days by paying the monthly rent and investing on the hsd card
