I had opted for Reliance loans for my car in Bangalore, but the service is so pathetic makes you wonder why did you choode this organisation, when u have read all about them, mobiles, shares, products, service.etc, have they excelled. the answer is NO.
The information give was hay wire, the info added on the forms after you submit is not passed on to you which may result in not getting the amount you deserve, even though your profile as they say is excellent, I ended up getting only 60% of my desired loan amount while I was promised I would get 95%. the promised and statements they make, humbug. the follow up to get the signatures from the concerned people, be it the RTO or individuals. absloutely detested, a snail would be faster than them. I think it is only for the sake of completing their so called target they target the masses and then it is their ka rlo. attitude and then who the hell cares. it has been two months and I still do not have the original papers for my car, which they claim to have been lost and that a duplicate would be issued.
