Pathetic customer care

Reliance customer  are exective called me up on 9/03/2015 and asked for my dad n told him that he is not there then used abusive language and kept on calling me. And when I asked for his name he told me that his name is Amit shetty. So it is a request please look in this matter and instruct them not to use abbusive language.
