Today I am visited relience nippon life insurance Ltd company for sales maneger interview. When I am entered the company In front of me there is a cash counter and the two men are seated for cash cause it is a cash counter.
When I am entered the inview room there is a two men were siting in front of me. One is territory sales maneger, and the other is Regional maneger. This company RM behaviour was very rude, he insulted me because I am now working in a Gionee activity program he insulted me cause I am doing my job through canopy in the road. It is very bad behaviour.
I was worked in a eureka Forbes Ltd company 1 year ago, he said why I am left that job, normally I said that that job can’t suits me that time, he said that I did not left the job, the company was fired me.
It is very rude behaviour from RM, because he didn’t know that what actually happened that time.
2 days earlier this company Hr was called me for the interview, that time I clarify that I am a marketing executive for Gionee, I am not a sales executive. Then he said no problem the jobs requirements suits my profile so I am attend the interview today.
But when I am attend interview the company’s RM said that I am a marketing person and I am not suitable for the job, they finds some sales person.
It is very harresing matter.
