Here want to inform about reliance life insurance co.ltd., which problem I have faced.
i got call from reliance dat one of good money back policy has been launch and only selected customtakeouter has been concted on telephone for this policy . policy details were as every yr I have to pay thirty thousand till 5 yr’s nd on 6th yr’s onword I will be receving rs 3000/- pm till 15th yr’s + after 10 th yr’s - rs.22000 apx till 15th yr’s +4 0% bonus will be return on maturity. total amt was told that 7 lakhs wil b recieved. dis info wz provided by Ms. priyanka, Mr.agarwal n Mr.Rajiv kumar from delhi (Co. Nos - 01133241441, 08285425331, 01133241311).
but yesterday got an call for my policy no. -50170750, for welcome kit from REL. mumbai off. n the lady inform me about by policy detail which was toatly different wich I have mention above n I got shocked dat wat dey have sell me is totaly diferent. alrady my amount has been deducted on RLICL name wich policy I dont want to buy.
Wen I call to concern person at nasik who had collected my doc. he also given same info about my policy wich I got from mum off. I reaLly not acceptable for same from such a branded company to LIE their customer n sell unknown policies .
Even more then 3 times dey verify wit me for above policy n wen my amount wz deducted dat time dey r giving me someting different policy, so I request to Relieance co. to give back my cash with these 3 days or give me the policy wich is inform to me by ur Delhi office in starting,
i hope you will do the needful for same.
