This is my personal experience where Reliance agent sell policy with promise of very high return, while actually there is no such benefit, agent explain using excel with complex policy criteria and made me convince that I would get same with only 3 year locking period.
while when I call to close this policy, I socked to know that while closing I would get only approx. 25% of my investment and 75% would be laps, realize that Reliance agent did fraud with me.
while reviewing the docs I found that he did fake signature on policy benefit page which seems common practice other can also check, I reported same to reliance customer care but no help every time getting response that no frauds found, even there is printed declaration on my wife name however signature made of mine which clearly indicate fraud but no support from reliance seems the purposely guide there agent to do same just to earn money.
now they have converted it in to paid-up but not giving information of exact amount which I would get, even I did follow-up to share pre-issuance verification call(PIVC)
Agent Deepak(981874xxxx) and Rajeev(858595xxxx) sold me policy.
