Over rated items we can get here D mart is far better than this , I bought a mug which was placed as 90/- and it was also having a offer or buy one get one so i bought only one thinking it will cost me 45/- for that one piece but once did billing the price was 90/- for and same happed with water bottles i bought the water bottles 90/- it was a pack of two and when I saw ths bil it was priced as 149/-, due to this I have a habit of checking the bill after purchasing as sometimes price of things changes during billing. So I asked them for a refund it was a process of almost 30-45 mins and even the staff was like not in a helping behaviour jaise ki unko khudki jeb se paise dene hai. Uske bad bhi humare paise humare hath nahi aye they said next time you visit just say your number and you can purchase an item of that amount, bottles ka to khair process kiya nahi kal aao bole so at last we skipped that. At the end ek chij to hai ki ekbar paise unke pas gaye to wo unke apko kuch or saman Lena hoga , dmart me kitni bar maine refund kiya instant I got cash in my hand very bad experience in reliance Mart i always use to avoid but today I thought to go and again they have me a reason why not to visit reliance. And definately I will make sure all my friends relatives colleagues get to know about this bad service
