I had booked groceries online on their website. When I booked they didnt specify anything related to delivery due to the corona issues. I also made payment when booking.
I was notified that my order will ne delivered in two days. On the date the order was to be delivered a person from the store called me and told me to cancel the order as there was no delivery available to the area from which I had booked the order.
1) they must have mentioned while I was booking the order
2) they could have arranged some mode of transport as I had booked essestials
3) they could have suggested any other way I could get the essentials instead of cancelling the prepaid order
4) the amount which I paid hasnt been refunded yet. I received a mail asking to wait for 4-15 working days. Its been 2weeks and still I havent received the refund.
The store should not have asked me to cancel the order too since delivering essentials in this corona crisis must be everyones interest.
