I had been to reliance trends, kasturinagar yesterday to get some kurti pants. The sales girl got me the size I needed and
I tried them on and was perfect. Then I chose around 4 more colours and asked her to get me the sizes. She assured me that it was the size I asked for and paid for its
Today when I wanted to wear them I saw 3 of them were small sizes, I was astonished and went to the store. That same sales girl was there and she was coolly telling me sizes were not available and I asked her you know which size I needed how did u give me the wrong size , she telling me it’s was not available so she gave me different sizes, So ridiculous , and no refund policy available as told by the manager and hence was told that amount will be loaded in the mobile and showing that we have to purchase for that amount elsewhere. Then after much persuasion they called the other store where this was not available. Then I had to get someother product which I didn’t like for the same amount at this store The staff are highly irresponsible and that sales girl didn’t have the courtesy to apologize also, knowing that the size was not available she gave the wrong product as she wanted sales not understanding the customers inconvenience, maybe thinking customers won’t return again. Because I stay closeby I could come.
Horrible staff and service. Also store does not have sizes as per what the manager told.
