Even Reliance mgr wants to escalate, I believe

Same horrible service, with both Reliance and Webworld office - Indira nagar.


The customer service number 333 / 020 30333333 will never work, if it is working for you, immediately you take a lottery, am sure luck is with you.


As per the webworld staff, activation will happen will happen within 24 hrs, but my experience, you should be in Ambani’s family to get that.


Service from the Reliance webworld is the worst, once they know your number they will not pick. So you need to try from different numbers every time to get connected, but how long !

If you are not satisfied with the Nodal officer’s solution, you can then approach an Appellate authority for resolution


But I believe he himself doesnt want to get disturbed, see the links to escalate is not working(by mistake or purposefully ?)
