NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING TOTALLY RIPPED OFF by buying this connection. The speed is so slow that you will never get the website to download, even if you wait for hours. You will have to constantly refresh your browser and even that may not work after some time. Moreover, the pin on the connection will become lose in just a few weeks. When I called to complain, they would not refund the product EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER WARENTEE. Not only that, there is always some kind of cheating going on with regard to the billing. Their service is pathetic and their treatment of customers shocking. They will pile on the hidden costs. I called the service centre ten times to disconnect, but they are not allowing me to do so. Some excuse or the other they give to not let the customer close the connection. Once you buy it, you are doomed to use it. Don’t make the mistake of purchasing it because it is completely useless.
Airtel broadband is a much more reliable connection, unfortunately, it is not wireless.
