I have purchased reliance modem MG880 and invited problems for me.From the begining it is not working.After so many customer calls also they are not responding.They had takne my modem for testing and returned after 10 days afetr several reminders. They didn’t tell any thing about the problem. even I asked them to disconnect , they didn’t reply.
I think they are earning money by seeling the modems without providing any service.The way they are working, reliance will not servive for long time. I will suggest every body to keep away from reliance products. They are modern days robbers in disguise. I am planning to sue them for cheating and harassing. If you try to connect using this junk modem, it will take several hours to connect one site. I have written complains about this at all reliance customer support sites but could not get any reply.It is really pathetic to provide such customer support in modern era.
