Reliance Broadband

We have reliance broadband connection and after using RELIANCE I feel we just cannot RELY. On reliance while doing any important official task.


After every 5 minutes the connection gets disconnected and after many attempts by clicking REPAIR in support dialogue the connection is back. We try calling the support team and nobody bothers to respond but when they find the payment is not made they keep on calling and say your bill is due...we did try to explain the payment is due because we are calling your support team to rectify the technical issue as we are unable to use the internet they dont have any answer.


Without using the net due to technical reason and no support of reliance team we have got a bill of 1000 plus and they have assured that make this payment as this is the one time payment we have to give and in the next bill the non usage charge will be deducted ...wait and watch...can we rely on this reliance or as the name suggest -


RELI ONCE while attempting to sell the product. It is very important to keep in mind...." If any product supplier has to survive in the market for longer period...give importance to Post sales...it will help you for Pre Sale...".
