Worst customer service you can ever find on earth. Last time I had an outage it laster for 18 days. After that, few days of connectivity :).
Some guy came and changed the antenna direction and it was working...but with very leass speed. Dont ever be fooled by the speedometer which they will introduce to you. That shows me that I have a speed of 600KBPS, whereas my plan is 300kbps :P.
From 2nd Oct, I am again back to Sqare 1. It is 15 days and still no signs of success. Numerous calls....adrenalin shooting up...Is it worth the pain???? Guys please refrain from this crap.
One of the "so called" customer service guy slipped the cat out of the bag by saying that these network outages are expected to prevail for 2 more motnhs. if there are any other options that you have got, please. . . . . . . . . . . They promptly called me today saying that tomorrow is my due date for paying 1000+ Rs for putting up with this pain. I have asked them to go and look elsewhere. No connection, no money :)
Nothing more to write about this stupid piece of service (I would hate to classify it that way...)
