I got a Reliance Wimax Broadband connection (as they said) on Saturday 23rd, 2008.I have opted for a 999 unlimited (400kbps-quoted by the great Irfan of LaptopWorld in Bangalore) plan and from the date of installation I am getting a superb speed of just 10kbps on the 400kbps connection (just imagine).
I have been calling the reliance customer care night and day to get the issue resolved but they kept on saying "sorry for the inconvenience Sir" and after much pestering they gave me three complaint numbers and today i.e., on 1st September, 2008 I came to know that all the complains were closed by the technical department after getting green signal from whereas I haven’t said anything to them.
These Reliance company is a bunch of cheaters who will ask for your money at the month’s end but won’t provide with you any service. I doubt whether they have any potent technical department or they just function with their call center.
I have had conversations with greats of Reliance like Irfan, Mozeeb, Vinayk, Sushmita etc...and an even greater technical guy named Somnath Saha. They are just running their business out of sheer advertisement without having any committments towards customers.
Please people don’t go for this connection or else you have to be like me a suffering customer in the hands of some bullshit bunch of frauds.
