instant connectivity.
no disruptions due to rain, cutting of wires etc.
speed
good service.
But reliance wimax doesnt provide any of these.
no guarantee of connectivity. U just dont when will it connect. The customer department has one ready answer to answer ur problem regarding connectivity ’upgradation’.each time u have any problem with the connectivity, this is the most common answer.
can u believe water is leaking through wire.
speed is not guaranteed on wimax.
procedure of complaint
1st day : give complaint and take request number. they will promise to call u within 1 hour but they will call next day.
2nd day : they will call and complaint is confirmed.
3rd day : they wil forward it to technical deparment.
4th day : the technical department will call u fior details of problem
5th day : they will attend the problem.
if any one of the above steps is missed u complaint may not be attended or they put it as problem solved without even attending it.
