At the beginning, I was quite happy to use a Wimax connection, but as the time passed on, I felt this is the worst kind of service I have ever heard of in such a kind....
I was in trouble with the WiMax connection, I couldnt even open the login page to logon to WiMax, I complained to the service team, they as usual gave me a SR number, which was followed by two service technician at my door step after 3 days. This is okay, I could manage for 3 days, the technician said me there is some connectivity problem with the server and would be resolved at the earliest, well I waited for 2 more days, the story repeated.
I called the CS, they said me the issue was resolved and found the case was closed. Well I asked them to create a new case and as usual the technician arrived and said the same. this story went on for unbelievable 23 days. I have already created 13 SR so far. This is a real pain with the service and still the issue found unresolved.
I request you all not to go for reliance Wi-Max installed in your home..... hope this will help others atleast...
