How they don't care about their customer

4 consecutive days of no internet on a business connection, trouble tickets getting closed without resolution, no one calling you resolve the matter and the team leads taking responsibility but unable to do anything is "Reliance Broadband" and "Reliance Wi Max".:) I hope people avoid their connection as much as they can! It is my need because of which I have not canceled this connection till now!


I have filed only 1 trouble ticket with them 4 days back . and they keep closing the ticket one after other and keep creating a new one . I have spoken with 3 supervisors and no one has been able to get a single person to my place to resolve my simple no-connectivity problem . this keeps happening and I keep calling every day! Amazing fun isn’t it . want to enjoy the same?


P.s. - It is a 2000 Re. per month 1 MBPS line with a static IP which gives me average speeds of around 50 to 60 KBPS. Very poor compared to my experience with BSNL and Airtel
