Good connection but horrible customer service !!

I am using Reliance Wimax connection service since last 7 months and I am pretty happy with the connection except with their customer service. In these 7 months I had issues with my connection once and it took 5 days for them to fix it. When we call the customer support the guys who pick up the calls are not meant for that task I mean they don’t have technical knowledge to deal with customers problems and they simply give one complaint number and tell you that some technical guy will call you within an hour.

Nine out of times you won’t receive a call and if you call customer care again and tell them the complaint number its all up in the air..they will again give you a new complaint number. Actually my PoE(Power over Ethernet) device had gone bad and it took me 5-6 calls(Each time a brand new complaint number was given) to the customer service to replace it and that too after giving them the final warning that I am going to disconnect if its not fixed today, a guy came to my house and replaced the PoE.

As for connection is concerned I am pretty happy with it except that it takes some time (5-10 min) to get connected each time(as it has to acquire a dynamic IP). Initially I took 300kbps @Rs.999 per month but later upgraded to 400kbps@Rs.999. I am getting decent download speed of 48-50KBps now (With 300 kbps I used to get max 36KBps). If I have any problem with the connection I just do "enable & disable network in the network neighbourhood.

Reliance should improve their customer care and put a proper process and right people at right place.
