I stay in Pune Baner/Pashan Area, I am customer from last 7 month of reliance wimax. Issues I faced-
1) Tower Down every Sat, Sunday there tower will down and u can’t use internet, every time u call customer care, they will fool you by generation complaint number and escalation it to Nodal Officer but its of no use.
2) From last seven months there fibre cable got disconnected in pune for 9 times and every time they will take 9-10 days to fixed it,
3) No response from customer care (even not from nodal Officer).
I am not sure about other region but if you are in Pune never buy reliance wimax...
I have hardly used Wi-max for 10 day a month and 20 day it would be down.
