God save its customers..!

I took this screwed up wimax connection 6 months ago, and ever since then I lost my interest in using it (as it always raises my Blood Pressure High). And a month or so ago, I boldly decided to ask them to terminate it. Those guys smartly closed the ticket (The only damn thing that you get from their customer support people is a ticket number).


1) Customer support is a cheap alternate to expensive IVR systems.


2) Technical support is a bunch of kids who ask you to try your tricks such as, ’restart’; ’power-cycle’; ’take a deep breath and try again’ etc.


3) Their field support is a bunch of smart @ss people who will call you exactly when you are not at home (the usual hours of busy work, almost always) and suggest that they’ll call again when you are at home (And it never happens).


4) Prompt (and at times, irritating) follow ups for bills even before the due date.


5) and some bit of saving grace for all the pain above: 250Kbps download speed (No no..I am not talking about the download / upload link to any internet site like youtube. I am referring to their own server, where they’ve given a tool called speedometer to test yout link speed) under ideal circumstances.


As always, their infrastructure is a broken raft that can carry about 50 people, and they’re riding a few millions. Please adjust sir..!My humble request is, please dont get trapped.
