Unreliable Reliance

I have been having Reliance broadband for the last 6 months after having migrated from BSNL, eventually realizing the grave mistake I committed by doing so.  Reliance installed Wi-Max to our 2nd floor flat in the suburbs of Bangalore.

It became very evident in the first few days after installation that reliance is still not equipped in handling individual users. Very often the login page takes hours to get loaded or most of the times the page simply hangs.

They have a customer care number wherein a subscriber can call and register the complaint.  The agents are so bad in communication that I myself forgot what language I am speaking. They do not have an online technical support and the process stops here.  You register your complaint and wait eternally for someone to speak to you or attend personally. This kind of situation have risen dozen of times. I went to the extent of disconnecting the services but even for which one needs to wait 7 days!!!!!!!

While I am writing this review, I have written a mail for disconnection of Reliance broadband services. I hope to migrate to more competitive vendor such as Airtel for my requirements.
