I have applied for a wimax connectivity thinking that it will all be ok and have paid Rs.2977 and im still waiting for them to come n install at my home
Worst thing is I have applied it for a new flat of mine and the team came with the old recovered receiver which is a worst case scenario and they have finally didnot show interest on installing it there as they kept saying no feasibility and now I have given a main place in Ambattur where is my permanent address is considering that they will come n install
But still there is no luck and no one is even bothered to call and inform whether it will be done or not done.IM STILL WAITING AFTER PAYING A LUMPSUM amount of Rs 2977 and looking at these reviews it doesnot sound good to me to carry on
please advice whether shd I ask for a refund as there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER CARE as they keep giving excuses that the manager has got admitted to hospital and one person incharge of sales is on 15 days holiday trip sounds rubbishhh. Dissatisfied customer
