Ok, people, be really careful if you are venturing into a contract with reliance communications for internet service. The service is hopeless and customer service is a complete joke. They rely on some third party cable operators for establishing the connection and there is absolutely no communication between these guys and the reliance. When you pay the bills, that does not get reflected in their systems and they disconnect the service. When called up their service support, they ask you to come to their office and show up the receipt. End of it, they send a lawyer notice that the bill is not paid.I am really not sure how to deal with these guys now. Its a complete chaos in there. I probably should go to consumer court.On the same not, I would like to thank Airtel broad band that had given me flawless, super service including the customer service at Bangalore. Unfortunately at my new place(place at Hyderabad), they do not provide this service. I miss Airtel broad band
