Worst experience with the worst product

Reliance is such a money-hogging thief. I purchased the dongle in March and it worked well for the first month. I recharged it with 1299/- in April and it worked for 15 days and got shut down. On top of that, when I called them, THEY ASKED ME TO CO-OPERATE.


So I should pay and I should co-operate with them because they’re upgrading.


The customer service executives are unread and can’t even speak properly. They don’t know anything. You ask them something and they say, "Ma’am, we don’t have any information on this." If you don’t know it, why the hell are you sitting there talking to me?


I lost my money because the validity of the recharge got over. Within a month, they asked me to buy their new dongle, saying the old one will not work. They asked me to pay 2800 more. So, I pay 2200 for the dongle, then I pay 1299 for recharge, which I don’t get to use and then they expect me to pay 2800 more for their sh*t service.


If the dongle wasn’t going to work after a month, WHY THE F*K DID YOU SELL IT?


Now I know why the Ambani family is so rich.
