It is totally a useless product

I was using this product from last year August and the promise was that it will work at least to a minimum speed of 3 mbps but that was true for some time only may be for just 10 days in the 6 months of period. In all other times the speed is always within 100 kbps and most of the times the signal issue and the device will not capture the reliance signal.

The funny peoples at reliance customer care are not ready to provide bill waiver also by saying a reason that I used the allotted bandwidth while the real fact is I was in unlimited plan. I tried for 5 months to claim the bill waiver and they provided a very small amount of waiver for 3 months and the 4th month they denied to provide the waiver saying the silly reason that I have already claimed the waiver for 3 months and 4th month is not possible.

But still they keep their technical bug of poor signal and often technical issues for all the months. In some months I used the internet for just 1 week or even less but paid the full month bill. I dont know how they can reject the bill waiver by saying their internal rule that even 50% of data is consumed the customers can not go for bill waiver while having the problem with Reliance side signal issue for 3 weeks or more.

Whenever I raise a bill waiver request, there will be a person from billing team call and inform that bill waiver can not be provided. Mostly they speak only in Hindi and they are very poor in English. They can not give clear reason and they simply say that they can not give waiver and for any signal issue due to Reliance I have to contact the technical team. The fact is that there is no option for customers to contact the technical team directly.

I approached the nodal officer, again that funny guy asked for 5 days time to resolve the signal issue while my request was for bill waiver. After 5 days again I called the nodal officer and informed that signal problem still there and requested for bill waiver, again he asked me to wait for 3 days. Again I called after 3 days to nodal officer and a shocking information given is that useless nodal officer is telling that "billing team is not giving waiver what can I do for that".

One of the customer care executive asked me to check the working condition of the wi-pod device to the service centre and I gave it to authorized service centre of LAVA in chennai under warranty service and the service centre person told me that it can not be serviced rather they can replace with a new device. After a week time a it has been replaced with a even old device that is not working at all. again I gave it back for one more replacement that also not working. The replacement steps repeated for 3 times and finally service centre is not ready to replace any more saying the reason that they can not replace more than 3 times. But they dont care about whether they are replacing the device with working condition or not. I raised this issue with LAVA  customer care they said to get a new work order or job sheet number which the service centre person is not ready to give. This has been again highlighted to LAVA but still they keep repeating their seek without understanding customers problems and service centre’s rejection to accept the Wi-Pod device for service or replacement which is actually under warranty period now.

It is totally a wrong decision I have taken to choose this device both in the aspect of Reliance and LAVA.
