From my experience im saying never ever get new connections from reliance
I bought this modem on April month with truly unlimited plan @999. Internet speed was very slow in my area eventhough I used it for 2 months without any problem. After 2 months they disconnected my connection for 15 days without any prior information to me. After that the connection was completely improper, and they mailed and called me to buy a new 4g modem at 899rs. Then I decided to buy a new model when I go to it shows 1599rs, I was totally disappointed and still I bought that modem and used for only 3 days after activation. They sent me a mail that connection was blocked and told me to aishwaryasingh23 2, 600rs to unblock it. I was totally frustrated, decided to terminate my connection so I went to reliance head office in nungambakkam, chennai and gave them a hand written termination letter, they said that I will get call confirmation in 7 days, but I didn’t got any call from them. Now they are not even terminating my connection.
Reliance never keep their promise so never trust them
1) they told us to buy new 4g modem for 899rs but sold at 1599
2) they promised that there is no change in our existing rental plans but they changed our plan to 3gb @700rs without our knowledge.
3) worst customer support, they won’t even listen our words
4) they won’t even take our termination request
5) worst service, don’t believe them
