Such a very painful experience with Reliance Broadband services given to corporate sector, On my office premises we have Reliance Broadband connection and that is not working since last 15 days. Due to the some issue with third party service provider of Reliance.But my question was why the customer can suffer such a painful connectivity issue of internet, If this connection is not working from last 15 days so they never give bill amount deduction they charge for those days also when the Internet connection are not working.
They are very famous organisation in the world but very horrible services given to Indian consumers from where they earn the a large amount money, This not a year of experiences from last 5 years they have same bad services but still they not gives at least better service we are not assuming for the best services.They needs to give the better services to consumers to get proper relationship and trust to reliance brand.
After such a painful experience I will recommend to everyone do not go with reliance broadband, for better services you can prefer your local areas internet service providers.
