I was using this broadband one year ago, Most of the time my link was down and it took them 2 weeks to repair. Best part is they keep on charging you bill weather your link is working or not. Very bad support team, response time is also very poor. I wrote several of emails to register complaints for my bad connection but they did not respond properly. At last I have to request them to disconnect my link after paying bills of not working broadband connection.
Now I am using broadband from a local vendor far better up-link quality and very great support system.
I would not recommend anyone to go for this service.
