Here I want to share my experience about this health insurance. My friend who is working in this forced me to join in this insurance.
The first few days only they answered to calls but after I joined there, they were not interested for pick my calls or not helpful for my doubts. Even the customer service center is also the same. So I was very confused about the insurance and the payment details.
The claims are not worth for the customers. The rate is very high which is not affordable for the poor people. For the claim settlement they didn’t help me. We should have to do ourselves. Even for remembering also they won’t help.
The premium and Range of plans are comparatively very pathetic. For the old people they are no good schemes. And if we got hospitalized for small diseases also they won’t give the cash. At the time of reimbursement the staffs should tell some reasons and cancel it.
The staffs are not good and talking in very rude to everyone. Over I am disappointed with this insurance plans and not useful for me.
