I was admitted to forrd in Emergency condition on 28 July 2016 at 4 AM in morning.
I made a claim for reimbursement and sent all the required documents to Religare.
But my claim has been rejected with reason "INVESTIGATION AND EVALUATION NOT COVERED NORMAL VITAL"
They are saying that I could have been treated in OPD and admission was not required. I went to hospital at 4 Am in morning in emergency condition.
I sent Doctors letter on letter head in which it was mention that admission was necessary and I was admitted in emergency condition.
I contacted all the concerned person, grievance cell etc but my case is not resolved.
