They dont reject the entire claim, so that claim ratio will be high.but very smartly they reject a portion of the claim amount so that customer become confuse.In my case, they have rejected some amount giving reason thatExcess amount claimed by hospital andMember paid but after asking clarification they approved one amount after almost 3 months and for another amount I have been sending mail to their grievance cell every week but they never respond.They dont talk to customer also over phone.Only mail communication is available but no reply from their side.No TAT for any complaint or query. Religare is the worstcompany I have ever been in case of grievance redresses.
