Guys, Don’t take any insurance policy from Religare. I want to share my painful story with you.My father took insurance policy with himself and my mother. after 8-9 month, My mother admitted in his network hospital. my father called Religare and update that my mother admitted to the hospital.Since it was network hospital, we expecting that everything will be cared by Religare. By luck, same day one executive of Religare came and collect the document but my father paid the amount on that day as an executive told that it is under process, it will take some time.Next day Again executive came to the hospital and asked my father to give 5000 for processing the document but my father had not given any money. Executive simply went away and wrote in the document that patient wants to home. Now I have all the hospital document.
They reject my claim.
Now I got the idea why their rate is low as compared to market rate. when you need this, these people will never help.
