Myself Hukam Singh Negi, I live in Kotdwara in Uttarakhand State, I purchased a health insurance policy of Religare Health Insurance of an amount Rs 60, 000/-. Recently I had a problem on my eye and I used to diagnose through eye specialist in Dehradun. He prescribed INTRAVITREAL Accentrix vaccine which are far more costly according to my affordable strength. Thus, I used to claim my health policy in Religare Health Insurance but they are denying the claim, I don’t know why they are denying. I have heard this company name in among the best insurance companies in India then why this issue is disappointing me? Please consider about this issue and solve the issue as soon as I am polite. Otherwise I will report all the issue in IRDA and I will take some legal action on this company through my lawyers.
