its been three years since I bought Religare health insurance.I have not surveyed much before buying it because I trusted my friend who was new adviser.
Problems I faced:
1.Every time we have any problem we need to talk to customer care. Even talking is not enough if you have claimed a bill if the do not pass the bill you need to officially mail them to get your file back.
They do not do medical cheque up before giving policy and after buying policy they give us free medical cheque up through Apollo and if any problem detected through free cheque up they will tell you that it was preexisted disease which you have not cleared earlier .
You need to literally fight every time with them to get claim. Me my self gone with media because they were not clearing accidental insurance when we needed it he most.
4.its been 1 year one of my file is still pending there.
very poor communication between main branch and city branches.
Only suggestion is buy it and wait till 4 years without any claim, than only it can go smooth.Other wise it is impossible to get straight claims from this delhi based company.
