Its my pleasure to give you about Religare Insurance Broker Ltd(RIBL) so called great company.
I joined RIBL 6 months back with a lot of hopes & zeal to shape up my career.RIBL is one of the leading broking firm in India.I joined in General Insurance broking at Hyderabad location as Dep Manager-Corp sales.Before my joining I received offer letter by mail based on that I resigned at ex-company & joined Religare.But after joining I dint received my offer letter hard copy.After 15 days I received my offer letter.There is lots of communication gap between Hr & other departments.
From the day 1i got huge pressure from by boss regarding business.No proper guidance from seniors.Just they want business.Iam into probation for 6 months & from the 1st month itself my boss here & big boss at Bangalore started pressurisn for business.If u r compliting ur target then ok other wise u will get calls followed by mails stating about our performance.Even if u tried hard for business inspite of that ur unable to reach targets then ur gone.
In RIBL targets are on monthly basis where u have huge mental & physical pressure.No proper guidance, no support from the boss.Coming to my boss he changes like anything he will talk to me very good & acts that he is giving lots of encouragement but when bigboss comes from Bangalore he will changes like anything.His back ground is totally worst, he is fully corruptive.Eventhough he got job here that his good luck he has to understand that he also came from our stage only but he forgets everything & starts pressurising highly.Inspite reaching 70% of targets no encouragemnent nothing.
I dont know how Religare top management selected people like this, though in every company top management & lower grade management is good but middle management damaging company profile which is bad.Its acommon practice for all sought of campanies.Iam not saying that company is to tally bad it some good qualities.Mainly salaries will be creited to our accounts by months last day which is good.
Dont ever join this So called great company.
