We had taken religare explore world travel insurance for our shot travel to USA. We had to go to an emergency clinic because of severe earthquake pain. We called the religare customer care folks while in USA and explained our situation and they confirmed that op expenses can be reimbursed. On returning back to India I called up the customer care again who gave us a mail ID for getting all the information to raise claims. Upon writing to that email id and providing the information they had requested, they raised a claim number and asked us to submit all documents to their Gurgaon office. Upon submitting the claim got processed without any hassle and was settled in less than a week.
