My parents had always bought’Religare travel Insurance’ whenever they traveled to UK. However; in the recent trip my mom complained about dizziness and after couple of tests she was diagnoized with Brain tumour. We had claimed for costs incurred for the tests viz ENT, MRI Scan and Neuro consultation with Religare. I must say that religare are running bunch of robots in their customer care. They will lie about documents not received, asking for previous documents which is not related to the case and not answer properly to your queries. I am now taking this matter to the Media in India as I am not going to leave this.
