I opened a demate account to deal with shares in religare but i think this mistake can be avoided by people reading this review.i opened an account with the bandra branch the religare people hunted me like any thing to get my account openedi had an account with india bulls but I did not face any problem either with the software or any other thingsi was told by religare people that I would have a software like indiabulls which I even showed them before opening the account .
They told me it would be better then india bulls but it really never worked. After opening the account the relation ship manager left the job . I had no one to ask for help. I have been trying for last 3 weeks to get it touch in some one to help me out but i was not helped.
The people in fort told me to contact the bandra branch but when i went there i met a telephone operator who knew nothing and was also very rude and un-coperative she knew nothing called etticates. Dont know how people like her get jobs . No wonder the services of religare have fallen to this standard.
I tried contacting the customer care to my delight i got a call from some one called pravin he listened to my complaints but never followed them up i sent my e-mails but this also did not help i am fed up and i think i just wasted my money and time.
