I have used them 6 times and have nothing good to say about them beside the fact that their website s better than ICICI(Uptime and navigation)
Reasons for not recommending this:
Their payout is always delayed & less than competitors(They advertise otherwise)
Horrible customer service(I dont think they can call themselves that since they dont do any service besides asking you to send an email)
Hidden fees to nickel-and-dime you.(For DD, non NRE accounts etc)
They have paid$0 worth of promotion amounts(Referrals, movie download etc). There is always an excuse & they ask you to send an email.(Like that will solve everything)
They give promo calls & emails to bait & trap you. Once you send the money, see where all that relationship management goes.
Never paid advertised amount. I checked daily after sending same amount thru ICICI & remit2india. ICICI cash came a day earlier, and gave better exchange rate too. Same experience for my friends.
Note how that dont give links to any significant news they advertise(like their awards). They are in this to cheat people. Please take your business elsewhere. ICICI bank is so much better. Or just send a paper check(or ask your parents to deposit a check you already gave them pre-signed). It is more reliable, gets better exchange rates and has no fees compared to this ame service they call remit2india.
