Used the service to transfer funds from AUD. They ask a lot of personal questions during KYC call like your workplace, designation, etc. Had to spend a lot of time to cancel the transaction and happily agreed to them charging me$10 for cancelling the transaction. Have used competitor products which are far better in service& don’t ask such questions. Highly recommended to stay away.
